Plastic moulding

The company is highly specialized in the injection moulding of thermoplastic resins, achieving a very high quality in the production of PMMA and PC parts both transparent and coloureds. The constant control of each phase of the production process allows us to guarantee an excellent result even on the most critical batches.
We have presses for thermoplastic moulding from 50 to 250 tons. equipped with highly automated systems for the handling of products to avoid their damage.
Assembly and welding with hot plate and ultrasonic

We can provide assembly services and welding both hot plate and ultrasonic of plastic products.
We guarantee the customer a complete product, with high quality finishings, optimizing production and logistics with particular care to cost control in all phases.
During the production process, accurate and systematic, visual and instrumental checks are carried out with the help of specific tools for measuring key parameters.
Wirings

We have acquired a proven competence wiring (in particular with single-pole wire with a cross-section from 0.22 to 4 mm²), in the automatic crimping and in secondary manufacturing processes.
Cutting, stripping and crimping operations are carried out by automatic machines equipped with load cells for quality monitoring.

Metalization

We have machines and equipment for "high vacuum" metallization. This process finds many applications in the field of lighting and automotive, for example in the reflectors of the plastic lights.
With the ever-increasing development of LED lighting technologies and systems, we have greatly expanded the range of specific applications for this sector and are able to create customized treatments on request.

Having more than 4000 square meters of covered plant area, we have allocated 2 specific areas for the planned warehousing of products and semi-finished products, helping to improve your in and out flows and simplifying logistics problems.
